No question, destination weddings during wintertime are a great way to get some overdue sunshine and make the most of a once-in-a-lifetime vacation. Langkawi Island is one of the most popular wedding destinations in Malaysia. It’s exotic, offering not just beach experiences but stunning cliff tops, vibrant landscape. Ali and Matt decided to reunite family and friends from Australia, and UK and invited them to this stunning island to celebrate with them.
Ali who has spent many years as a child in Malaysia has added now another memory to this special place in her heart – marrying the man of her dreams. Their wedding in Langkawi allowed them to celebrate with the most important people in their lives. With the help of the wonderful wedding planner team in Langkawi the Hanngevent they have chosen The Danna Hotel Langkawi to host their wedding. The day unfolded so naturally and effortlessly staring with getting ready at the hotel, moving down towards the precisely decorated white sandy beach. Listening them to say their own vows called tears in our eyes as well. Cocktail hours and reception took place in the hotel garden by the beach. We were overhelmed by seeing so much love around – emotional speeches, fantastic supporting families, friends who haven’t hugged each other for ages, crazy dancing under the starts. This wedding will stay in our heart for a long long time.
